Molybdenum disulfide production processes are as follows:
Purification method for molybdenum disulfide production and production processes are as follows: molybdenum concentrate (containing MoS2 is 75%) heated by hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid in the steam, stirred for several hours after repeated 3 to 4 times , remove the silicon, iron and other harmful impurities, so the MoS content is up to 97% or more. Finally, washed several times with hot water, centrifugal separation, and washed with water to neutral, dried at 110 ℃, crushed can obtain molybdenum disulfide.
The chemical reaction in reaction processes are as follow:SiO2 + 4HF → SiF4 + 2H2O
Fe2O3 + 6HCl → 2FeCl3 + 3H2O
CaCO3 + 2HCl → CaCl2 + H2O + CO2 ↑
MgCO3 + 2HCl → MgC12 + H2O + CO2 ↑
Synthesis method for molybdenum disulfide production and production processes are as follows:
1.Roasted molybdenum concentrate to obtain molybdenum trioxide, and then after ammonia leaching can produce ammonium molybdate solution.
2.Through the sulfide hydrogen in sulphurator for ammonium molybdate solution vulcanization can obtain ammonium thiomolybdate.
3.Added hydrochloric acid after acidification pH=2~3, ammonium thiomolybdate turns into molybdenum trisulfide precipitation. The molybdenum trisulfide is separated by centrifugation, washed with warm water until neutral, dried and pulverized.
4.Finally, pyrolysis and desulfurization is carried out at about 950 ℃ to obtain molybdenum disulfide.

2MoS2 + 702 → 2MoO3 + 4SO2 ↑
MoS2 + 2NH3·H2O· (NH4) 2MoO4 + H2O
(NH4) 2MoO4 + 4H2S → (NH4) 2MOS4 + 4H2O
(NH4) 2MoSO4 + 2HCl → MoS3 + 2NH4Cl + H2S ↑
MoS3 → MoS2 + S
