What is Molybdenum Hafnium Carbon Alloy (MHC alloy)?

MHC alloy, namely molybdenum hafnium carbon alloy, is to add Hf instead of Ti to form two-phase structure for molybdenum alloy strengthening.

MHC alloy performance and processing deformation degree is related to heat treatment conditions. MHC alloy usually produced by powder metallurgy spindle, when the forging deformation is 60%, at 950 ~ 1250 ℃ the tensile strength is high 20% than TZM and the direction elongation is 10%.
