Molybdenum (II) Acetate Dimer
Molybdenum (II) acetate dimer is a diamagnetic, air-stable, yellow to yellow-green needles or powder to be used as a chemical raw material, which can be slightly soluble in organic solvents but is insoluble in water. Its CAS number is 4221-06-8 and molecular formula is C8H12Mo2O8. Molybdenum acetate is a landmark example of a compound having a metal-metal quadruple bond.
