Molybdenum Foil
Molybdenum foil is one of molybdenum products. It usually produced by molybdenum plate. The plate after machining can obtain 0.2mm flat rolling molybdenum, molybdenum foil, and the minimum purity is 99.9%. Molybdenum foil processing is mainly to obtain the appropriate mechanical properties and the main processes including bending, spinning, drawing, stamping, and so on, so that it can be used in high temperature condition and the nature of it is similar to molybdenum plate. Molybdenum foil thickness is about 0.01 ~0.03. Our company can produce 0.025 molybdenum foil, having low temperature resistance, continuous surface, flat edge, good surface texture, high clamping force, high strength, low cost and high efficiency and so on.
The surface of it shows smooth metallic color, no cracks, folds, penetrating pinholes, metal or non-metal pressed defect, allowing local slight abrasions and roll printing, and there are traces of lubricants and cleaning. Annealed surface will be slightly scratches and creases.
