Molybdenum Disilicide Transformer
Molybdenum disilicide transformer usually used in high temperature furnace. Molybdenum disilicide heating element resistance will increase rapidly with temperature increasing. At the beginning of heating, the resistance is small required low voltage, accounting for 1/4 ~ 1/3 of the operating voltage. According to positive characteristics of molybdenum disilicide's operating voltage and temperature and resistance, the transformer can automatic output the voltage to meet the heating element at different temperatures required operating voltage, thereby improving the power factor.
Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2 heating element) transformer operating principles is as follow the output voltage of transformer must same to MoSi2 heating element's rated voltage. The rated voltage of transformer should greater than or equal to MoSi2 heating element's rated power.
